The flow direction of the material during the discharge process is as follows: 1) The material is excavated by the unformatted bucket wheel; 2) The material unloaded by the bucket wheel passes through the grid installed in the discharge groove to separate the iron and extra-large blocks mixed in the material; 3) The material is unloaded on a short feeding belt conveyor through the discharge chute, and the machine is equipped with a scraper ruler to make the excess material return to the ship's hold; 4) The feeding belt conveyor will reload the material to the corrugated edge belt elevator; 5) The hoist lifts the material to the top and discharges it through the discharge pipe; 6), the material falls into the transfer funnel at the end of the boom through the discharge pipe; 7) The transfer funnel supplies the material to the boom belt conveyor, which is laid along the boom and connects the bucket elevator and the center of the ship unloader; 8) The material from the boom belt conveyor falls into the buffer bin through the trough; 9) A belt feeder is installed under the buffer bin, and the material is supplied to the telescopic belt conveyor by the feeder; 10) The telescopic belt conveyor is reversible, and its function is like a mechanical switch, which can supply any of the multi-way belt conveyors laid at the wharf. When the bucket wheel loader is operating, it seems to be in a stationary state from a distance, which is due to the rotation column suspended at the end of the boom into the cabin, relying on the rotation of the bucket wheel and the rotation of the column body, its reclaiming range is very large, and the speed of the two is very low.
